EVERY BABY IS A GIFT!
As the Lord God Most High has created mankind, certainly He cherishes each one as the heavenly gift from above that he/she is. How much more so His only begotten Son, Jesus, who was born in the midst of profound circumstances - born to die for all
of humanity’s sins. The earth itself trembles
at His supreme power and glory.
Look into the story of this Redeemer. Learn of Him, come to know Him, bow down and worship Him. He is worthy! “But of the Son, He says, ‘Thy throne, O God, is forever and ever, and the righteous scepter is the scepter of His kingdom. Thou hast loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; therefore God, Thy God, hath anointed Thee with the oil of gladness above Thy companions. And Thou, Lord, in the beginning didst lay the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the works of Thy hands; they will perish, but Thou remainest; and they all will become old as a garment, and as a mantle Thou wilt roll them up; as a garment they will also be changed. But Thou art the same and Thy years will not come to an end.” Hebrews 1:8-12
No matter what your political affiliation is, the most important government you can be aligned with is that of the King of kings and Lord of lords, Jesus Christ of Nazareth. If you don’t, then you will suffer in this life needlessly, but much more so in the next where eternal darkness awaits you. Why gamble with your future? Why not do as Hebrews 4:7 urges: “Today if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts.”
This year, enjoy the CHRIST in CHRISTMAS and you will find your coming years to be the most fulfilling.

CHRISTMAS GIFT
One of the most incredible Christmas gifts you can receive is to accept your own worth as a human being. You’ve been created in the image of Christ and are invited to join Him in His rich, eternal, holy inheritance in God the Father. (Gen. 1:26-27) Knowing who you are in the Lord Jesus is liberating! In Galatians 5:1 we see it stated this way, “It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.”
It’s time we unwrap the ‘real us’ this Christmas. Do not let yourself be held down any longer with bondages of sin. Repent, then get up, wash your face as did King David (2 Sam. 12), put one foot in front of the other and begin the heavenly ascent into your divine destiny in Christ your Savior. Being ‘saved’ from yuck and muck is cause enough for a great celebration!
Profound destiny
This little baby boy, Jesus, born thousands of years ago, has lit up our world with blazing glory from heaven above giving us a hope beyond human means. We must purpose to discover our calling through His sacrifice at Calvary just 33 short years later after His miraculous birth. Let’s embrace our profound destiny which will lead us into triumphant victory! What could be sweeter than that?
Try on for size this Christmas, 2 Corinthians 2:14 and see how it fits perfectly into your life from here on out. “But thanks be to God, who always leads us in His triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place.” Now that’s a Christmas gift of DESIGNER PERFUME FROM ON HIGH!
Reality
Jesus, Son of God, born to die. How does one celebrate such a somber thing? I’m not totally sure. But what I do know is that He is total love and is humanity’s gift of incalculable measure. Beloved people, the fact that someone… anyone, would even dare to die in your place would be most profound. But when you discover the true, stark reality that the Son of God did that very thing because of the value of your soul, ought you and I not to bow before Him in continual adoration?! YES!
You and I are such an awesome treasure unto the Lord! He only asks that we keep His holy covenants, especially as it has to do with being pure and holy as He is. (Ex. 31:13; Lev. 10:10; Rom. 12:1) It’s time we accept the treasure that we are in Him. Zechariah 9:16 tells us, “And the Lord their God will save them in that day as the flock of His people; for they are as the stones {jewels} of a crown, sparkling in His land.” (See also Ex. 19:5; Deut. 7:6; 26:18)
This man, Jesus, the Word made flesh (John 1), was born to humanity for one, utterly profound, rocking reason! It was so we could come into intimate fellowship with the ROCK OF AGES and live in deep, abundant, spiritual communion with Him now and forever. That’s a great gift, don’t you think?! To know that He is our all in all (Col. 3:11) and that He will wipe away every tear, every sorrow, every pain, and embrace us into His glory, is beyond the mere kindheartedness of man. It’s GOD! (Ps. 126:5-6; Rev. 7:17; 21:4)
No value
Many are the terrorists these days who like to blow themselves up along with many others through demonic terror. They know only sadness. They perpetrate it along with brokenness and destruction. They do not value themselves or anyone else. They live in falsehoods, lies and deceit. They simply do not know who they are or who they could be in Christ Jesus the Savior of us all! They haven’t a clue as to their divine destiny and worth because they refuse to come into fellowship with the Lord of lords and King of kings.
Predictably then, Jesus said of them, “You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature; for he is a liar, and the father of lies.” (John 8:44) Oh, if only the nations of the world would come to know who they are and their sacred worth through the Father, Son and Holy Spirit! Do you have this knowledge? If not, isn’t this a good moment to ask Him into your heart, your life, even at this very moment? Why wait? Do not read another word unless you do so.
Sadly, life is being cheapened in this hour of the earth’s existence. Abortion is all too common and murderous rampages are in the daily news. We need the Lord more than at any other time in human history.
Highest value
But God the Father has the highest value upon every child born upon the face of the earth. Hallelujah! He made us and is a proud Papa Abba of His creation. (Deut. 32; Jer. 1:5) When Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden, He uniquely designed a redemption factor. A blood sacrifice was to be made to make atonement. He would send His only begotten Son, the Word made flesh, to die ONCE for ALL who would put their faith in Him through love, obedience, and adoration. (John 1)
Our Abba Father gave us His WORD! His Word became flesh in Jesus, His only begotten Son. Jesus ALONE IS THE ONE AND ONLY TRUE SACRIFICE given for all generations who fall into sin deserving eternal death in hell. This is the HEAVENLY GIFT! Christmas is an awesome event! “For Christ also died for sins once for all, the just for the unjust, in order that He might bring us to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit.” (1 Peter 3:18)
Spectacular melodies
Jesus, the beautiful babe in the manger, born to die for all peoples, willingly laid His life down that you and I could live in deep, spiritual intimacy with God. He died that you and I might live forever in a glorious paradise in the very presence of God.
That’s our value! Understand this because it’s extremely important that you and I fully know our worth in Christ the Lord. If the angels sang magnificent songs of praise to God because of this very fact on Christmas morning, we ought to do the same! “And the angel said to them, ‘Do not be afraid; for behold, I bring you good news of a great joy which shall be for all the people; for today in the city of David there has been born for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in cloths, and lying in a manger. And suddenly there appeared with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God…” Luke 2:10-13. (My emphasis) What a song! What spectacular, divine, heavenly melodies!
New!
My prayer for you in this New Year is that you would give a complete, total, full heart surrender of love and devotion to Christ our Lord and Savior. Repent of all wrongs. Humble yourself. Clean the slate through forgiving others just as you have been forgiven. Love as you have been loved. Stay clean and pure for your holy, heavenly Bridegroom. Read His love letters to you in His written Word, the divine scriptures. Fall passionately in love with Him through extravagant praise, worship and adoration. This will be the ‘new you’! Watch your life change dramatically.
I love the following quote from an unknown source which says: “Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.” Let’s do it!
Your Divine Beloved breathes these encouraging words to you in 2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.” (See also Isa. 42:9-10, 48:7; 2 Cor. 5:17; 1 Peter 1)
What a refreshingly wonderful New Year it’s going to be. Celebrate your birth and worth in Christ Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
